Bavarian factory representatives fit in the current product range of ADLER Arbeitsmaschinen

Ten employees from the Burgstaller und Schlund branch of Fierthbauer GmbH from Regensburg received a lot of practical information about ADLER machines at a training day in Nordwalde. For ADLER Arbeitsmaschinen GmbH & Co KG, the company is an important contact for a short route to southern German customers in the agricultural and municipal sectors. “We want to offer our customers the best possible quality of advice and therefore attach great importance to the extensive knowledge of our sales staff,” emphasizes Rainer Hackenfort, Managing Director of ADLER.

The employees from Bavaria were able to get a detailed picture of the machines at three activity stands. The first stand was all about sweepers and dustpans. In addition to assembling and disassembling the machines, practical use was also required: the streets around the ADLER company premises were swept to a high shine.

The wide range of weed control equipment was the second focus of the training day. From thermal treatment with infrared technology to mechanical treatment, either hand-guided or as a mounted version, all modes of operation were tested and explained in detail.

ADLER employees then demonstrated the earth drills and cone splitters attached to a mini excavator. The guests were particularly impressed by the speed with which several meters of wood were split and transported.

In a final round, the representatives of the two companies emphasized that the joint exchange gives a good impression of the daily challenges in sales. At the same time, they can optimize their own work processes. Personal contacts were also strengthened during the joint dinner with meat from the ADLER Heater Grill – a variation of the Wildkraut appliance.
